Mother's Day at HPUMC

This Mother’s Day, we want to honor the mothers and motherly figures in our lives. Motherhood can be complex and beautiful, and we want to make space for it all. We invite you and your family to join us on Mockingbird Lawn before or after church on Sunday, May 12, to make some Mother’s Day memories with snacks and a photo booth! For those who attend programming or just feel more at home at the Tolleson Family Activity Center, there will be a fun photo opportunity for your family, too.

We also know that Mother’s Day can come with a plethora of emotions, so we are opening Cox Chapel starting at 9:30 am for private moments of prayer and reflection on any struggles, wins, and wishes about motherhood, relationships with mothers, or even reflection on the loss of a motherly figure. We hope you’ll join us at HPUMC this Mother’s Day.
