Where's my miracle?
Rev. Paul Rasmussen
We all love a good miracle. One of those moments when something so extraordinary happens, we can only attribute it to God. One of those moments when God's presence seems so big, we couldn't possibly deny the reality of God.
But what about those moments when God seems anything but real? Those times when not even the simplest of prayers seem to be answered. When misfortune seems to keep piling on, and the presence of God seems to be more distant every day. What, then?
When God seems to be inactive or nonexistent, I can grow a little bit bitter. In fact, I can sometimes hold a grudge against God. If you have ever felt this way, you are not alone.
