We are a growing church, rooted in God’s faithfulness and guided by God’s vision. Central to God’s vision for the future of this church is the continued generosity of our congregation through legacy giving.

Ways to Give

Will Bequests

The simplest way to give is through a bequest in your will. Or you may choose to simply designate HPUMC as a beneficiary of your retirement plan, a life insurance policy, or of a bank account or security. Some donors choose to establish a trust that enables them to contribute to HPUMC while providing them with current income, helping you meet current and long-term financial and philanthropic objectives.

Endowment Funds

There are also opportunities to invest in established endowment funds. Earnings from these investments complement and support the basic and future needs of the church and its ongoing initiatives. Examples include:

  • Establishment of new ministries, including planting new churches and new church ministries

  • Expansion of outreach programs and community ministries

  • Major upgrades and emergency needs of permanent facilities on campus
