Together We Dine

  • Sunday, September 25
  • 1:00pm – 3:00pm
  • Tolleson Family Activity Center, Celebration Hall

The Cornerstone team is partnering with St. Luke “Community” UMC and Project Unity for Together We Dine, where you’ll talk to the people at your table, enjoy great food, and learn from the perspective of others while sharing your own experiences.

This event will be facilitated by Rev. Nucleus “Pastor Nuke” Johnson, NextGen Pastor at St. Luke, and Rev. Matt Tuggle, Executive Minister at HPUMC, and whether this is your first conversation about race/culture or you’re familiar with these conversations, you will leave with a deeper understanding of diverse viewpoints.

Note: KidCare will be available at HPUMC’s main campus during the event.

HPUMC’s partnership with St. Luke “Community” UMC and Project Unity is part of our continued work to become people of justice. By discussing our beliefs and differences, we are reminded that what unites us is far greater than what divides us.
