  • 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Conflict is a common part of everyday life and it is an undercurrent in every relationship. Conflict on its own is not problematic. Yet if we don’t understand that conflict is normal in our marriages, it can feel scary. This interactive workshop will help couples learn to manage conflict in healthy, productive ways without negativity. Couples will gain a greater understanding of how conflicts arise, ways to effectively communicate and minimize negativity, and how to repair and restore connection.
