Keys to Successful Aging Discussion Group

Several university gerontological departments have compiled keys to successful aging. The group will meet over four sessions to examine the university studies and produce their own guide to navigating the retirement years.

Retired staff member and gerontologist Richard Stanford and lay leader Shannon Cox will lead our spring discussion group. Join this limited group of 14 people in the exciting effort to distill the most important elements of aging well.
