Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Cohort

  • Feb 4, 2026
  • 12:00pm – 1:00pm
  • Room 244/245

We can’t grow spiritually while remaining emotionally immature. In his bestselling book, "Emotionally Healthy Spirituality," Pete Scazzero offers advice on how to slow down and develop a truly transformational relationship with Christ. Scazzero’s book uses principles of emotional health, along with contemplative spirituality, to show you how to mature in a transformative relationship with God.

This cohort gathers biweekly to discuss, encourage, and support one another as we explore how to identify unhealthy spirituality, grow through grief and loss, become our authentic selves, and more.

Led by: Alex Johnston
Cost: No charge. Please purchase your own copy of Emotionally Healthy Spirituality by Peter Scazerro prior to the start of class.

Wednesdays, February 4–May 6 (biweekly*)
*First two sessions are back-to-back on February 4 and February 11
