Costa Rica Medical Mission Trip

Experience beautiful Costa Rican culture while engaging in life-changing work! Serve alongside mission trip teammates as well as medical staff at the Wesley Clinic in Puerto Viejo de Sarapiqui, Costa Rica.

Together, we will provide medical care to residents of this small community in the Heredia province of Costa Rica. Anyone age 21 and up is welcome to attend. You do not need to be a medical provider to come, however, medical personnel are prioritized.

COST: $1,000 per person + airfare

The trip fee includes lodging in private hotel rooms, project supplies, and most meals. Team members will pay for lunches on travel days using US dollars.

Team members will purchase their own airline tickets for the following itinerary:

1. Thursday, July 16 | American Airlines Flight #1053 | Depart DFW 9:59 am | Arrive SJO 1:09 pm
2. Sunday, July 19 | American Airlines Flight #476 | Depart SJO 1:45 pm | Arrive DFW 7:20 pm

In order to complete your registration, please have the following information handy. (All medical information will be kept secure and accessed only in case of emergency.)

1. Your passport
2. Your health insurance card
3. Your primary care physician's name and phone number
4. The name and phone number of your emergency contact
5. Date of your most recent tetanus booster (required within 10 years)
6. List of current medications
7. List of allergies
8. List of medical conditions

A deposit of $500 is required to register. Please have your bank or credit card information ready in order to make an online payment. The trip balance is due 30 days prior to departure.
