Aging Well: Living with Meaning, Self-Knowledge, and Purpose
-
Thursday, October 8 -
11:00am – 12:00pm -
Room 218
How does purpose evolve as God leads a person through different seasons of life? Why do some people continue growing and contributing late into life while others stagnate after success, disappointment, or loss? Using core ideas from Jim Collins' book "What to Make of a Life," the group will discuss how people navigate major life transitions, setbacks, reinvention, and aging to their fullest potential. Discover the gifts and motivations that energize you and understand what contribution fits who you truly are. There is no required reading. Topics for discussion will be emailed out before each class.
