Group Fitness Classes

Attending a group fitness class is a great way to stay motivated and build community! All of the classes listed below are included in our Group Fitness program. Looking for a particular class, but don't see it offered? Email your suggestions to .

Aerobic Dance 

This is Jacki Sorensen's Aerobic Dance program. This class combines easy to follow dance movements with various strength building exercises. Looking for some community while you exercise? This class will welcome you with open arms! All fitness levels welcome.

Holy Yoga 

Yoga for any body, every body. This class uses classic yoga elements (breath work, meditation, and physicals postures) to help us grow closer to God. Pose modifications are provided so participants can learn to become comfortable in their own bodies. Class is set to upbeat worship and praise music. All levels welcome.

This small group class uses low-impact movements to increase flexibility and muscular endurance. Emphasis is on strengthening the core, lower back, hips and thighs. Beginners welcome!

Tai Chi 

Tai Chi Qi Gong Wellness is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing art consisting of deep stretching from head to toe with slow and relaxed movements for total self-development. Wear comfortable shirt and long pants.

This is a lighter version of your average yoga class. Students combine classic yoga poses with stretching exercises. Breathing and relaxation period offered at the end of class.
