AMP it UP Music Camp
June 7-11
12:00 pm – 4:00 pm (After VBS!)
Cost: $150 (Includes t-shirt, daily hot lunch and snack)
Get your Extreme Music Makeover at HPUMC’s High Voltage MusiCamp for kids! We’ll play xylophones, drums, games, dance, sing and ring handbells and chimes. We’re ready to make some fantastic musical memories with your children!
Cooking Camp
June 21-25
“The Kitchen is an Open Book”
9:30 am - 12:00 pm Ages: 4 – 8 (As of 9/1/09)
Cost: $200 HPUMC Rm. 120
We will create “tasty” recipes from several of our favorite books when Young Chefs Academy comes to HPUMC! A few of the wonderful creations we’ll prepare during camp include Sweet Treats with the ”Cat,” Ice Cream with “Larry,” Lemonade with “Olivia” and it might even rain “meatballs!”

July 12-16
“Celebrity Chefs”
9:30 am - 12:00 pm Ages: 6 years (As of 9/1/09) through completed 5th grade ** New ages added**
Cost: $200 HPUMC Rm. 120
We will “ace” some “throwdown” recipes that are “yum-o” and “off the hook” at this camp with Young Chefs Academy. “Bam!” Here’s a small sampling of what to expect: Rachael’s Mac and Cheddar Cheese, Guy’s Italian Nachos and Emeril’s Waffable Waffles.
All About Animals Camp
July 19-23
Art & ‘Stuff n Fluff” Camp
9:00 am - 12:30 pm Ages: 3 (As of 9/1/09) - completed Kindergarten
Cost: $150 HPUMC Rm. 120
We’re going to have a fun week creating art projects and stuffing our very own animals during this exciting camp! Cathy Maberry is going to help us bring animals to life through fun art projects and Noah’s Ark Workshop instructor Laurie Stein will help us pick out our very own animals to stuff and even help us build habitats and paint t-shirts for our animals.
Sky Ranch Day Camp
August 9-13
9:00 am - 3:00 pm Ages: completed Kindergarten - completed 3rd grade
Cost: $205 HPUMC Rm. 120
Sky Ranch Christian Camps is bringing all the fun from Sky Ranch right here to HPUMC! Their staff of highly trained Christian counselors will interact with your child in a week of purposeful play.
Each day will include six separate activities to provide a variety of new experiences for your child. Giant water slides, crazy sports with a camp twist, arts and crafts, team-building games, Bible exploration and tons of creative fun will leave your child begging for a camp experience all summer long. Please bring sack lunch and drink each day.
