Mary Anne Thompson

Junior High and Senior High Part-time Staff

Mary Anne was born and raised in Dallas.  She loves it so much here and after graduation in 2008 she found her new home as a Music Major at Southern Methodist University.  Through connections with her high school youth pastor she found herself at HPUMC her freshman year in college! Mary Anne is a great addition to our staff, she loves the youth and has a passion for Christ!

Who were your influences / inspriations?  John and Mattie Farrar (John was my youth pastor in high school)

What is an interesting fact about you?  at one time in my life I didnt like to sing in front of people

Describe your prefect day....sleep in and have a slow start to the day.  Drink plenty of coffee, hang out with friends and just have a chill day!

My all time favorite move is....Fight Club (rated the number one manliest movie)

My favorite food is...meat

My favorite sport is...ultimate octipus

My favorite quote is....We young and we fly and we'll stay that way till we die - Tupac(?)

Whats on your iPod...classical only

Whats one of the most important lessons you learned in life?   all people are significant....so say hi!

My favorite scripture is...Psalm 95:1...Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation
