Costa Rica Mission Trip
June 14-21, a group of 35 singles partnered with our Outreach Department to serve at the Costa Rica Methodist Orphanage. The group led Vacation Bible School at 2 churches and worked at the orphanage building a wall, digging holes for septic tanks, clearing land, and painting. They finished off their trip by touring the island and enjoying a zipline, horseback riding, volcano sites with hot springs, and the natural beauty. Check back to see where we go next in 2009!

It was a perfect trip with our Singles making wonderful connections with each other and the family. We finished the house a little early and were able to build a mosaic porch with some leftover stone. Check back to see where we go next in 2009!
