Small Groups
Spiritual growth doesn't only happen in corporate worship, but often happens in less formal places of fellowship, study and reflection, like small groups. Small groups of 6 to 10 people allow us to connect and dig deeper in our faith together, and to grow closer to God.
Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who has promised is faithful. And let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another..."
Hebrews 10:23-25
Small Group Launch
In Cornerstone, we believe that the best way for you to be a part of a healthy small group is for you to have the opportunity build relationships with others as a new group—where everyone is starting in the small group at the same time.
Small Group Launch is an hour long event where you will be able to meet other people interested in getting in a small group, talk to those who are already in a small group, and find a small group that fits. It will be a relaxed and casual time in the comfortable setting of the Cornerstone Fellowship Area, and will be an easy way to become a part of a group of people who will meet together for fellowship, study and prayer.
The small groups that are launched that night will follow an 8-week curriculum based on forming and growing community around issues of faith. After those 8 weeks, your group will be able to decide if you want continue meeting and will have the opportunity to pick new curriculum.
