The Community in Mission
Young adults want to get our hands dirty. We want to go out and do things in the community and the world. As Christians we are called to an active faith, serving those in need--the outcast, the poor, the least, and the lost. We are truly required to act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with our God. The Community believes that to be young followers of Christ, we must reach out to those to whom Christ would reach, whether they live down the street or around the world.
We are a group that wants to be missional, in our church, community and world. We are always looking for ways young adults are already serving, so we can share opportunities for everyone to get involved. Come with us on either a local or global mission opportunity, or let us know of one you've found. With so many needs out there, it's time we started meeting those that we can.
