A Shalom Zone
As set forth by the 1992 General Conference, The United Methodist Church organized numerous Communities of Shalom throughout the world. Local churches are intended to be catalysts for community and congregational development by working collaboratively with other denominations, residents, businesses, and organizations to provide training, technical assistance, and support in leveraging human and financial resources.

Mission
The Parish and the community ministers together for the wholeness of the community, operating under the motto, “Together We Can.”

Services
The Immigration Clinic provides legal assistance, ESL classes, and citizenship programming.
