Recreation for Children
Starting September 16, you will need an annual membership cardto gain access to the Biggers Building. This is being done to improve the safety of the building and to allow us to better monitor who is in the building at all times.

NEW CLASSES FOR KIDS
Music Classes for infants, toddlers & preschoolers.
• Infants from 6 month to 18 months old - babies will experience music with their parent/caregiver in a class setting. Rhythm sticks, egg shakers and other instruments are used along with songs and rhymes. Classes are 30 minutes.
• Toddlers from 18 months to 3 1/2 years old will experience music with their parent/caregiver in a class setting. Toddlers will develop musical knowledge and apprecitation by playing instruments and moving to music. Classes are 30 minutes.
• Preschoolers and their parent/caregiver join in the adventures of Beethoven Bear and Mozart Mouse as they learn about music with singing, movement and playing instruments. Classes are 30 minutes.

Stretch-n-Grow is an early childhood physical education, nutrition and wellness program. The primary objective is improving the level of fitness and teaching the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Classes are held on Wednesdays at 11:05 a.m. beginning September 3 and are $34/month.*
Program Highlights
• Exercise emphasizing large muscle groups, motor skills, coordination, balance, resistance, flexibility and activity.
• Age-appropriate discussions on important topics such as exercise, health, nutrition, safety and hygiene and monthly newsletters for parents.
• Classes are 30-minutes of continuous fun wit skill-specific equipment and safe and effective exercises designed for your children.
• Classes available for ages 18 months - 5 years.
Boot Camp for Kids is for ages 6 - 11 years. Each session provides vigorous activity that incorporates endurance, strength, flexibility and motor skill development and FUN! Training Camp days include obstacle courses, relay races, sports skills drills, circuit and cardiovascular training, team building exercises and character education. Certified fitness instructors lead each session. Classes are held on Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m. beginning September 2 and are $34/month.*

CheerFIT teaches girls the importance of bringing balance and joy into their lives. CheerFIT classes are an opportunity to build physical confidence. Each high-energy workout incorporates yoga poses and strength training to prepare young athletes for the impact that tumbling, dance and other sports has on their bodies. Parental supervision required at all times.
Socks must be worn at all times, no shoes.

Open Court Basketball for Kids
No coaches or coaching allowed! Coaching is allowed during rental times only.
