Mission
To help older adults in Southeast Dallas remain as independent as possible in their own homes for as long as is practical.  This includes both in-home services for the frail and meaningful opportunities for the able to serve the community.

Services
CSSD provides various services to reduce the isolation of older adults still living in their homes in Southeast Dallas.  Services include non-medical in-home care and assistance, housekeeping, minor home repairs, information and referrals, transportation to/from doctors, transportation for essential shopping, intergenerational sharing, etc. Many volunteers are older adults helping other older adults.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers needed with internet, bookkeeping, and/or driving skills.
