June Book Study: A Day with a Perfect Stranger by David Gregory
This book aims to show you what a day with Jesus would be like if he were to appear and spend time with you one-on-one. Gregory challenges us to view faith not as religion, but as a relationship with a person. Please call 214.523.2231 or 214.523.2296 for the June book study meeting date.

The Will of God by Leslie Weatherhead
It was a tumultuous era of World War II that Leslie D. Weatherhead, a British clergyman, preached five sermons on understanding the will of God for the congregation at City Temple in London. These sermons became this classic book, The Will of God, which has helped hundreds of thousands of Christians explore how God’s will is related to God’s character and ultimate intentions for us.

Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis
C.S. Lewis had given talks to men in the Royal Air Force regarding their bombing missions, after which most of them would be declared missing or dead. This situation prompted Lewis to speak about the problems of suffering, pain, and evil, which resulted in an invitation by the BBC to give a series of broadcasts on Christian faith.
