Methodist Health System Mobile Mammography Unit to visit HPUMC, Tuesday, June 29, at the Biggers Building Parking Lot off Hillcrest, from 9:00a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

To qualify, one should be age 35 years or older, with no breast implants, and have no current breast problems.

It is important that you bring your insurance card and the name/address of your phsysician with you to your exam.

The staff at Methodist Health System will file insurance claims for major health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. A co-payment will not be collected. Each participant will receive a statement for any amount not covered by the insurance companies.

For those without insurance, the payment of $239.58 is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
