I reserve space in the Columbarium at
Highland Park United Methodist Church
when constructed. I understand
if the project is cancelled due to
insufficient  number of reservations,
my deposit will be returned.

When the church has the required number
of reservations, I understand I will be asked
to sign an
Applications for Certificate of Right of Inturnment.
The Application will contain
Rules, Policies and Regulations
of HPUMC governing the Columbarium. I
understand Columbarium space will be assigned
n consultation with the member
reserving space, in order of reservations made. I
also understand I will be allowed to cancel my
reservation at any time prior to execution of the
Application, and will be refunded my deposit without
interest in the event of cancellation. I understand
this Reservation and a payment made through the
website are needed to complete my reservation.
