“A 6-Week Workshop for Today’s World”

A 6-class workshop that educates individuals on taking responsibility for their own health.  It is a proactive approach to weight management through education and nutritional encouragement for better health and improved wellness that adapts easily to your lifestyle.

Class Times:

TUESDAY MORNINGS      from Sept 14 - Oct. 19  Time:  9:30 to 11:00 am, Room 386 W.
THURSDAY EVENINGS    from Sept 16 - Oct. 21   7:00 - 8:30 pm, Room 386 W.

Session One:  Understanding Carbohydrates – An Introduction

Session Two:  Understanding Carbohydrates – Facts and Application

Session Three:  The Terrific Three – Carbs, Fats and Protein

Session Four:  Nutrition and The Whole Pie

Session Five:  Life Applications and Lifestyle Changes

Session Six:  Maintenance Plan and Committing to Wellness
