The Hour of Power prayer service

We will focus on Music Ministry as Hour of Power Resumes.

Throughout the month of September, the spotlight will be on the music ministry of the church. We all appreciate the vital contribution the music ministry makes to our worship each and every Sunday, as well as in special presentations throughout the year. These brief special emphases each Wednesday evening will give us an "up close and personal" acquaintance with the staff and the ministry of our outstanding music program.

Dr. Bradley Hunter Welch will kick off the emphasis by sharing his faith and ministry journey with us in our first meeting on September 1. September 15, we will be blessed by the piano and vocal ministry of Kelly Lindsley, who sang for us a year ago in our Lenten Sunday morning series in Cox Chapel. Watch for word of other music department staff members who will be sharing with us on other Wednesday nights during the month.

In future months we will also spotlight youth ministry, mission and outreach, pastoral care, worship, adult ministry, Cornerstone, children’s ministry and health ministry. Details will be forthcoming in The Tower.
