Zumba GOLD begins September 1!
Zumba GOLD modifies the Zumba moves to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as,  the deconditioned participant.
Wednesdays in room 391, Wallace Building

Boot Camp starts Wednesday, September 1!
Enjoy the benefits of persaonal training in a motivational group setting with this 1 hour, high intensity class designed to increase one's cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and energy.

Aerobic Dance

Combines exercise and easy to follow dance moves set to fun music. Burn calories while increasing strength and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome!

Stretch and Strengthen*
Classic yoga poses combined with stretching, breathing exercises with relaxation period at end of class.

Tai Chi Qi Gong
A Chinese martial art that is primarily practiced for its health benefits, including stress reduction, improved immune function, increase in bone density, strength, and flexibility. Tai Chi is characterized by soft, slow, flowing movements that emphasize force, rather that brute strength.

Zumba
A fuse of Latin musical rhythm and moves for a fun workout.  Interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistant training are combined to tone and sculpt while burning calories.
Mondays
12:00 - 12:45 p.m.
$35 per month (1 x week), $65 per month (2 x week)
Drop in rate is $10

No pre-registration needed. Pay ahead or pay by the class.
Drop-ins are $8 per person for all classes, except Senior Fitness drop-in rate is $5

*All classes are held at Biggers except for Stretch and Strengthen and Zumba Gold.

OPEN COURT BASKETBALL FOR ADULTS

You must have an annual membership to Biggers Sports & Fitness gain access to the building.  To gain access to the building you will need to hold your card in front of the card reader, then the door will unlock; you will need to bring your card with you each visit.
