Missions to Louisiana
It's been nearly 4 years since Hurricane Katrina made landfall, damaging or destroying about 850,000 homes. HPUMC will begin offering mission experiences to Dulac, Louisiana with 2 trips this fall - October 1-5 (women's trip) and October 8-11 (men's trip). Click here for more details and to sign up. |

HPUMC Sends First Missionary
In April 2009, HPUMC prayerfully sent Kim Baldwin, to be a missionary in Costa Rica. An active member of HPUMC, Kim will be supported in prayer and contributions as she joins Methodist missionaries Ray and Lidia Zirkel. Kim will provide support for many of the Zirkel's projects including a children's home and a clinic. Read her story and join in the journey by offering prayer and financial support. |

Back to School Supply Drive
July 12 will kick off this year's Back-to-School supply drive supporting clients of The Wilkinson Center and Wesley-Rankin Community Center, the abused and neglected children served by Community Partners of Dallas and the children and youth served by our own Outreach Camp Ministry. Find out more.
Missions Sponsored Blood Drive
Come give the gift of live by donating blood. On August 23rd, the Missions & Outreach department will set an example of giving. If you cannot give blood, that is not a problem, please sign up to volunteer at the event. Contact Jennifer Tankersley at 214.523.2269 for more info.
