HPUMC Young Adults

Our goal is to connect and empower young adults to the congregation and mission of HPUMC: to make deeply devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

We invite you to join us in one of our many worshipping communities for service and to learn how to get connected.

Get Involved:

The Place: As young adults, it is often difficult to find your place... in a career, in a city, often even in a church. At Highland Park UMC, The Place is your place. The Place is a casual, young adult, a mid-week gathering intended to build community through conversation, Bible study, and prayer. All are welcome!

For more information, check out our Facebook Group or register here.

Tuesday Nights, 6:30 pm, in the HPUMC Basement

The Place - Going Further in the Enneagram

Tuesday, January 15, 22, & 29
Learning your number is the first step in learning more about the Enneagram. Join us to go deeper in learning more about yourself and others by learning how each number engages with the world. This class is intended for those who took the first Enneagram class this past summer.

Class will not meet of Tuesday, February 5. We encourage you to register for the Small Group Launch on that evening.

The Place - Disciple III: Letters of Paul

Tuesdays, February 12 - April 30
If you're looking to learn more about the scriptures of the Christian faith or to connect with other young adults, then join us any Tuesday. This winter/spring we'll be continuing with the Disciple Fast Track program, covering The Letters of Paul.

Shift: A Bible study open to all young adults. No sign ups, no homework, no fees. Designed to fit into your life, it's the chance all young adults have to come together, get into scripture, and connect with one another.
