Highland Park Adults aim to enjoy the lives God has given us in our families, friendships, jobs, etc. We do this through church-wide fellowship events, missions and outreach, special series, and more. Adult events are either age/stage/gender specific or all-inclusive, depending on the event.
HPUMC’s Women’s Retreat 2018: Sister Up
This year HPUMC is excited to welcome New York Times best-selling author, Rachel Held Evans, as our keynote speaker for our annual women's retreat. If you're in need of inspiration, rest, or spiritual renewal, this weekend is for you. Our theme this year is Sister Up. We'll be focusing on the gift of sisterhood and working to strengthen our bonds with one another. After all, we are stronger together!
Join us here, on the HPUMC campus, on Friday evening, February 23, and all day Saturday, February 24, as we celebrate our sisterhood, joining together over food, fellowship, and fun. We hope you'll join us and bring your sisters, mothers, daughters, and friends. No need to be a part of the HPUMC community. All are welcome to "Sister Up."
For those with children, we are pleased to offer affordable childcare once again. Your child(ren) ages 8 weeks – 5th grade will be able to participate in crafts, games and other fun, age-appropriate activities on our campus in the Day School rooms and elementary areas. Our staff is trained in CPR, First Aid, and Ministry Safe.
