Living with Intention

Discover the Tools to Live Your Life With a Sense of Purpose

Do you sometimes feel like you are operating on autopilot? Do you feel like your fuse is short? Do you wish that you could really enjoy the good parts of your life?

In this three-week workshop, we will explore the role of meditation as part of a spiritual practice, utilizing the Breath Prayer as our model. We will examine, and practice, how becoming still and quiet brings increased intentionality and joy to our human experience.
