Tai Chi is an ancient fitness practice. Qi Gong is a healing art. Sun Qi Fitness Tai Chi is a low impact program practiced by adults to enhance fitness in the mind and body, restore youthful energy, boost immune system, improve balance and increase energy. Wear a comfortable shirt and long pants.
