Based on Richard Rohr’s newest book, this class will explore The Universal Christ – the indwelling Divine Presence of God in everyone and everything. Drawing on Scripture, as well as Christian history, tradition, and contemplative practices, we will learn about a forgotten teaching on Christ that can impact everything we see, hope for, and believe. Develop a deeper understanding of Jesus Christ as the loving, liberating, and life-giving expression of God; and explore transformative truths that can enrich meaning and purpose in our lives.
