In 2013, Dickinson Place took over management and rehabilitation of Tyler Street Tower. This presentation will cover the difficulties of transforming a crime-ridden neglected property into safe and affordable housing and programming for senior citizens while enhancing their social, physical and spiritual well-being. We will also look at issues lower-income seniors face on a daily basis. Come join us!
